Model: Deco BE11000
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: Deco BE63(US)_V2.6_1.1.7 Build 20250324

Hello,

I'm currently running the Tp-Link Be63 / Be 11000 with the official 1.1.17 firmare (April 2025 update).

I currently have all of my IOT devices (cameras) located on the guest network for security reasons they are isolated from the main network.  They are port forwarded out to the external IP address utilizing uniques ports.

When I attempt to connect to the devices from a cellular or external network thu external Ip address.  The system connects perfectly.

When I attemp to connect to the devices from a device on the guest network thu external Ip address.  The system connects perfectly.

When I attempt to connect to the devices from a device on the main network thu external Ip address.  The system fails.

When attempting to connect to the devices from a device on the main network thru a VPN.  The system fails.

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Things that have been tried.  When moving the iot devices to the iot network.  The system does connect however, those devices have access to all the devices from the main network.  (Not good)

VPN (Fails as above)

Local address's (Fails)

DDNS (Same Results as above)

Spoke to Tp Link support (2 months - fails)

Device Isolation on iot devices from main network (fails)

Anyone else figure a workaround or found a test firmware that works ?

Or a feature request : To allow nat loopback across networks that are port forwarded.

  @Sss3s66

Courtesy of Noah from tp-link tech support.  I have just recieved a beta firmware from Tp-link which is addressing the Nat Loopback/Network Isolation issue.

I've just recieved it today 6/3/25 and as off right now the issue is addressed.  I'm informed that once more testing and feedback is obtained it will be streamed into future official updates.

Thank you to Noah at Tp-Link for the persistence of pushing and pulling the "strings" behind this.

This is a huge issue and I believe a very important one.

I'm having this same issue. Need NAT Loopback. Its been over two months since you got the beta version with it. Any word on when that will be released? Or maybe I'm just missing a setting somewhere (I've combed through what I think is the entire app looking for it.

Thank you!
