All devices connect except for mobile phones, one IOS and one Android

Multiple devices are connected to the 2.4G and 5G networks. Neither phone will connect. The iPhone says "unable to connect to HeidiHo", the Android phone "obtaining IP address" and then doesn't connet. I tried changing channels from auto to individual channles, restarted phones and router but nothing helps. Multiple PC's, a TV, and smart home devices all connect no problem. Any help would be appreciated.

Delete (forget) the network on the device, than reset it up. Some devices have issues with hidden wifi networks. Hidden wifi networks does not protect you.

Thanks I already tried that to no avail. Not sure about your reference to hidden networks. These networks are visible.

Wondering if it is the Security setting you picked?
As a 'test', set no security and see if they can connect?

@IrvSp That doesn't work either. I also tried setting up a guest network with no password and cannot connect to that either.

What is the make and model of the phones?
Any errors other than they didn't connect?
Have you tried rebooting the phones?
Have you turned on Parental Controls that might be blocking them?
Are the phnes on the Router Allowed list or even the Blocked list?
When outside the home, do the phones connect to Public WIFI spots?
Do you have the latest F/W for the Router?
Cam you see the Router LOG? Anything there why they couldn't connect?

Hi IrvSp
iPhone 11 and Pixel 6A
The iphone says "Unable to join the network" The Pixel gives no message, just doesn't join.
Have rebooted the phones.
Parental controls are off.
I added the phones to the allowed list, doesn't help. There is nothing in the blocked list.
The phones connect to all other wifi networks I've ever tried. They were also connecting in my house to my old router (only 100MB which is why I bought the new one).
Yes I have the latest firmware in the router.
There are multiple pairs of entries in the log which seem to tie up with my attempts to connect.
383 INFO 0days, 02:38:53, [dhcps]Lease host name not found.
384 INFO 0days, 02:38:53, [dhcps]Send OFFER with ip 192.168.0.217.
If I try to connect again I'll get 385 and 386 with everything identical except the "02:38:53" which appears to be some kind of time stamp although it doesn't correspond to the current time of the router.

Hmm,
iPhone sort of indicates your UID or P/W is incorrect?
Check the device, it may be set to either the 2.4 or 5Ghz SSID and you are using the wrong P/W for that SSID? That or the SSID is wrong?
I'd FORGET the NETWORK on the Phones and try again.

First one, don't worry about it. I suspect it means that the Router was not able to get the Device Name from the IP Address listed. Using the WEB GUI you can see who is connected at that IP Address, and it probably has a DEFAULT name there (or in the Terther app).

Hmm, my router log matches my PC time?
Might need the Tether App to set that (I've got a Deco route and can only set the Time via that app). Although the TIME could be correct, the TIME ZONE has to be set correctly too possibly. The LOG might be in UTC though. For instance, on the East Coast of the US you'd 4 (for DST) from the hours? That doesn't seem right though? Maybe the Time Zone is WAY off? I think TP-Link routers default to the West coast though? Check it in the time settings.

I have the same password for both.
I have done the forget multiple times.
I can't use the Tether app because I can't connect a phone to the network.
There is nobody connected on that IP address. It seems to me it's the address it's offering to the phone.
The time and time zone are both correct. Central time US & Canada, DST on. The current time shows correctly in the System Time scrreen.

Log Time, I'd ignore it, probably a f/w bug?
Some Router's do have problems with device names? Especially if the names are long or have 'special characters' in it that the router doesn't like in names?
Try renaming the phone name ot MyPhone and see if it connects?
Otherwise I'm out of suggesstions.

I've also tried a 3rd phone, a Motorola moto g Power 5G. Same issue. Something about this router doesn't allow mobile phones to connect.
