Hello I am having an issue with my Parental Controls for my Deco app. 

I have Deco 6E (XE75) on Firmware Version 1.4.5

I am a Homeshield Pro subscriber.  I used to be able to have Parental Controls but now everything is just blank with no data and I am not sure if it is working anymore.  I think I might need to pay more for Advanced Parental controls but I do not see an option to do that from the app.  I think there might have been a popup that no longer is showing. 

Has anyone else run into this issue?
