WTF is going on? Bought a brand new AX21 from Amazon and it says device is bound to another TP-Link ID. THis is absolute bull!!!! Someone help me please.

Sounds like you got an Amazon return.

 

If it were me, I would return it to Amazon for a new one.

  @ArcherC8 Ive been reading TP can unbind routers? Ive asked them to do so in an email, no response
