Model: Archer BE700 Pro
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.1.1 Build 20241115 rel.18772(5553)

I just received from Amazon an Archer BE15000 (also called BE700 Pro for some reason). Overall it works well, but it is rebooting itself every few hours, which is distressing. Here's an excerpt from the system log, though I don't know if this is useful.

It's been up for 3.5 hours so far, perhaps a record. I installed it yesterday. Is it time to contact support directly? I am a bit annoyed that there seems to be a 1.6 hardware revision, yet Amazon sent me a V1 as new.

At this point the router has been up for 30+ hours, so I'm going to chalk this up to "being a new setup", or maybe it's installing a series of updates? Dunno. Anyway, it seems stable for now. Thanks for offering assistance.

If you have anything plugged into the USB ports, try without them. High power draws on the USB has caused issues with routers.

Otherwise, I would be contacting support as that is not normal.

Thanks, but nothing is plugged in to the USB ports. It's been up for seven hours now - I'll wait to see how it goes.

The only other thing that I can think of is heat. Be sure it is on a hard surface, sitting the way it is designed, and not blocked.

I appreciate the suggestions - it is vertical on a shelf, not blocked by anything (it's where my previous router sat.) I'm up to 8.5 hours now....
