Hello,

 

I purchased the total security package and noticed my network now drops daily, a couple times a day at least. This seems like way too coincidental with the time I activated it and the time the network started dropping. Has anyone else experienced this? I decided to turn it off for now but I am bummed about the wasteful purchase.

  @HelpFixDecoApp  Yes I do thanks. I have had the network security off this entire time. I have the norton off too because it was blocking me from downloading files I need for work and even if I added them to the allow section it still didnt fully work because the version of the file it restores was corrupt.

Just looking at the beta firmware we have and about two weeks ago they released a beta firmware for Deco BE65 Pro_V1.0/V1.6 which fixes a bunch of issues but I'm pretty sure you can't use it since your running hardware version two.

 

Going to tag a member of the tp-link staff on this post. Hoping they will know when this beta patch will be out for your version 2 unit. While we wait for Carl, have you tried turning it on recently to see if the issues are still going on?

I will be completely honest.  I do not have enough familiarity with the Total Security Package to effectively address your concern.  This would need to be supported by our Support Center.   Please reach out to them at Support.USA@tp-link.com.  But also please come back and share the results and Tag me.  I would really like to know how it turns out.
