I am trying to connect my new Sony Bluetooth headset WH-CH520 model to my desktop PC using the

TP-Link Bluetooth 5.3 USB adapter..

I set both into pairing mode but it doesn't see it..

but on my DELL laptop it connected immediately..

after pluging it into a USB2.0 port on the top of my desktop PC case.. it detected it and installed the generic Bluetooth drivers..

but will not detect my headset...

the drivers on the TP-Link website is not the correct ones .. for v2.60 adapter the driver labeld UN and not US, is avilable..

Device Manager till not use those say no compatible device ID available.

any help would be helpful...

ooh I was trying to install drivers to the wrong device under networking devices oops..

the actual adapter is under Bluetooth devices.. and already has the correct drivers installed..

But still won't connect to my Sony headset..

Why?!

I found that I had to enable in the Sony connect app on my phone the ability to connect two devices..

only then would it connect but had to do it through the app too..

so not sure... think I fixed it but this ordeal was a pain in the neck not fair Sony.

I was finally able to get it paired to my Desktop PC via TP-Link Bluetooth USB adapter..

and again on my laptop..

I found that by turning off the Bluetooth on my phone and laptop if its running too I was able to finally able to pair it up to my desktop PC.

same with my laptop.
