I was trying to set up printer through Router . It said to push WPS button for 3 seconds I did that and router is not lighting up . ISP says internet is getting to the router.Tried resetting .. Still does not connect

If by not connecting. the router is not connecting to the internet, it sounds like you do not have the IP.

When connecting a router to the modem, you need to power off the modem and unplug it from the power for 5-10 min so it resets the connection next time it connects to the ISP.

It is in the fine print of the setup instructions.

WPS is for connecting devices to the router. I never use it and have it turned off as it can be a security issue. I just follow the instructions for the device for connecting to the router.
