XE5300 firmware updates
The XE5300 hasn't gotten any firwmare updates in a considerable lenth of time. Are there new firwmare updates/betas for the XE5300 v2?

FWIW, I knew that the XE5300 was very similar to the XE75...and I noticed that the XE75 just had 1.3.0 come out for it. I tried and the new firmware updated and is running on my XE5300s.

If you have not already done so, I recommend submitting your request at https://community.tp-link.com/us/home/kb/detail/412754, as this is the primary location where most users are submitting requests for new firmware updates.
I am currently trying to get TP-Link to get all models and hardware versions upgraded to platform 1.10.0, followed by updates to 1.11.0 and eventually 1.12.0, before new features or options are added. As of this post I haven't heard back from them if they are going to use this approach or not.

Sorry wish I had an answer for you but I don't and from taking with a few of the staff members on the forums they are not even told when firmware is going to be released but they are trying to fix the process

@SEBinSeattle Using the XE75 firmware's safe for the XE5300? If so, curious why they haven't updated the page for both, or set up an automatic update for the XE5300.
@HelpFixDecoApp That’s unfortunate, but appreciate the heads up. It’s a bit of a bummer that more devs and support don’t post here anymore
