Hi,

I have gotten 3 C210 indoor cameras, 1 C320WS outdoor camera and H200 hub. I am seeing frequent disconnections from all the devices with higher frequency of cameras disconnections.

I have checked the rssi when connected, it is less than -60 for farthest camera which is considered to be good but the connection issue is very frustrating. Please provide a solution for it otherwise help with the return of the devices.

You can refer to the following instructions to troubleshoot if your Tapo devices keep losing connection.
What should I do if my Tapo smart device keeps losing connection or going offline?
 

If your Tapo devices continue to lose connection, please confirm the following information.
  1. List the test results of the above instructions.
  2. What's the model number of your router?
  3. Please describe your network diagram. Are your Tapo devices connected to the router's Wi-Fi directly rather than an AP/RE?
  4. What's the LED status on the camera when it loses connection?
  5. How do the Tapo devices resume connection, such as by rebooting the Tapo devices?
