Transfer Deco on Home Sale

We sold our home and it required 6 deco's to cover all the areas. (Don't ask - old home in brick/plaster walls.). These Deco's are going on 8 years old and I have a UniFi at our new home so I'm gifting to the new folks. Trying to make it easier for the new owner as we also have tons of IOT devices tied to the WiFi. Mostly hardwired switches for outdoor lights and pool equipment apps. I set up a new email 123.MainStreet@gmail.com to give to the new owners. How effective is the move network function? I'm super hesitant to kill the old account as so much relies on it.(1st world problems). Any insight would be helpful.

I beleive that no matter how you do it they will always see your kasa/tapo products you took in the deco app and would even have control over them.
You may have to reset all the kasa/tap products and move them to a new email and password. Or reset each deco in there house and add the 8 decos to the new email/password you set up
If you add them in the deco app as a manger but again they would see all the kasa/tapo devices

I've never used the network move open but i recommend you back up network settings before you even try it.
If your model supports the backup option here is where you can find it in the deco app
Click on the More tab > System > Backup > backup now
Once you have the backup made then I would try the network move option

@RogerEC Does not seem like there's an easy way for DECOs, unfortunately. I guess you can add them as a manager account with all privileges checked, or hard/factory reset per this:

@jzchen I'm not familiar with the tether app. Would this help with releasing some of the Kasa items too?

Unfortunately the Kasa devices need to be reconfigured (edited)! 2nd post is TP-Link staff explaining that each device needs to be unbound, (which automatically resets them).

The Tether app only works with TP-Link Routers (non-DECO) and Range Extenders (per my experience). I have a couple of Range Extenders and a DECO BE95. I need both Tether and DECO app to control them.
DECOs are supposed to eventually all support the change, which is described how to do here. It does (edited) seem implemented for my BE95:

I think jzchen is right, Seeme like adding them as an account manger is the way to go.
The only other option I was able to find is you give them your email address to be able to log into the account but you change the password in the app so they dont have any of your passwords
If you want to do it this way follow these steps
From the deco app at the top right click on the three lines > View Account > Change Password. Now enter in your current password and the password you want them to use :)

@HelpFixDecoApp I like the idea of using my old email and a new password. I'm thinking they will see all the kasa/tapo lamp plugs I took with me however. This is a big miss for the these home automation tools. I have a similar problem with google nest thermostats, garage door openers, etc.
