Be800 MLO connections

Anyone else having flaky MLO connections? I had issues with connected but no Internet. By turning off MLO the issue seems to have went away.

Thank you for reporting this unintended behavior with the MLO Network on your BE800.
The 1.2.4 Build 20250414 official version was recently released. Could you please clarify whether this behavior occurs after you upgraded to the 1.2.4 version, or it existed before this update on your BE800?
What devices are you connecting to the MLO Network when they report 'connected but no internet'? Does this error occur simultaneously on all devices, or does it only happen on a particular device? Have you ever tried to connect to an MLO Network of another router on this device?
When it displays 'connected but no internet', please check if you can still ping the gateway IP address on the client device.
Please share as many details as you can, then we can try to figure it out.

@jp23 It started the day I upgraded to 1.2.4 which was the first Saturday after it was released.
I have done a factory reset and it fixed it for a few weeks.
I can reach the router from the client with both ip address and the Tether app. I normally just reboot the router via one of those two and it will fix it for a few days.
I have noticed that it is the worst after I do a weekly scheduled reboot on Friday mornings. I did shut that off and it took care of the Friday issues but during the rest of the week it still does at random. And it is all devices that I have set to connect to the MLO. 2 Firesticks, a Fire Cube and a Samsung S23 ultra and 24 ultra. A few times I have noticed that my MLO network doesn't show on the SSID list either on the Firesticks. Not sure about the phones, I never looked.
This last Thursday is when I first shut MLO and I haven't had an issue since. Cross fingers.

Thank you very much for your detailed information. I appreciate it.
So according to your troubleshooting and description, it appears that the MLO Network may stop connecting to the internet, but the BE800 still assigns valid IPs to the clients connected to it. Since the internet works fine if you disable the MLO Network, I assume this unintended behavior only relates to the MLO Network.
Suppose you prefer to use the MLO Network and it still gives errors randomly, we recommend sending an email to support.usa@tp-link.com with the following information:
Subject: [Forum Escalation][ID 835856] Archer BE800 MLO Network stops connecting to the internet randomly
Forum Nickname: jp23
Thread URL: https://community.tp-link.com/us/smart-home/threads/topic/835856
Model&Version: Archer BE800 v1 1.2.4
Description: After upgrading to the latest 1.2.4 version, the client devices will generate an error of 'connected but no Internet' randomly when connecting to the MLO Network. When the issue occurs, I can reach the router from the client using both the IP address and the Tether app. I normally just reboot the router via one of those two and it will fix it for a few days.
Devices that connect to the MLO Network: 2 Firesticks, a Fire Cube and a Samsung S23 ultra and 24 ultra.
I've tried a weekly scheduled reboot, but that made connectivity even worse, so I've disabled it now.
Any Other Relevant Information: Please attach the configuration file on your BE800 for further investigation.
Once sent, a ticket will be created in our support system, and a member of the team will follow up to gather more information or troubleshoot a cause.
