I bought 2 of these GE800's (one for my house--I'm the grandparent and then 1 for my daughter's/grandkids' house) on the promise of what would be available with the KidShield application and HomeShield capabilities. When is KidShield expected to reach a full release and where can I find out more information about the feature set. Just now getting ready to upgrade the HomeShield to Pro, so maybe that will unlock some of the KidShield ?

I'm happy to see you're interested in the HomeShield and KidShield feature on the GE800.
While there was no exact date given as to when KidShield would be made available for a full release at this time. Currently, it is in the open public beta test phase and it is free.
We encourage you to contact our technical support to provide your TP-Link ID to request free participation in our KidShield open beta program.
