My c425 randomly decided to not connect to the app. After a few minutes, I tried to turn it off but it would not power down. I assumed it didn't turn off because it was recording. I tried to press and hold the power button for 5+ seconds, but it kept recording. I removed it from my app and and tried to reset it but the alarm went off. It will still not power off or reset and it won't connect to the app The alarm is still active and goes off when moved. What can be done to remedy this?
