Does anyone know if the BE 67 or the BE14000 have the ability to change the Wi-Fi channels manually through the Deco app? I am thinking about upgrading and my BE63 allows for channel selection but can't seem to find anything about the BE67 allowing that. Anyone know?

thanks

They don't have the option at this time but they "could" in the future with a firmware update the problem is there is no way to tell if/when that update will release for the listed models.

Need help with the Deco app, setup, Ethernet backhaul, network switch or rolling back firmware? Router or AP mode? https://community.tp-link.com/us/home/forum/topic/699816?page=1

@icehawk940 I would have to guess that yes the BE67 has the option to manually choose channels, but you'd probably want to verify either with tech support or purchasing from a place that allows returns.

Case in point my BE95 on firmware 1.1.0 does allow me to choose channels manually once I toggle OFF Auto channel selection.

Hi @icehawk940,

As jzchen mentioned, some models support this feature via the Deco app. I have a Deco BE14000 model (Deco BE68) and can confirm it does allow manual Wi-Fi channel selection through the Deco app.

From what I can tell, as of right now, the Deco BE67 is currently on the same firmware platform (1.0.3 Build 20250612)

For example, I can use these steps to manually select the Wi-Fi channels for my Deco BE68:

Wi-Fi Settings → choose the SSID you want to modify → Advanced → select Wi-Fi band (2.4 GHz, 5 GHz, etc.) → Channel → Toggle the "Auto" switch Off →  Select your Preferred Wi-Fi Channel → press the Back Arrow (top-left) → tap "Apply" (top-right).

You can also manually select Channel Width settings from the same menu, if interested. Hope this helps!
