BE6500 Parental control bed time never ends.
In Parental control, I enable "bed time" like 9:00PM to 7:00AM. During this period, all devices are disabled for internet, That's GOOD! However, no device can use internet next morning after 7:00AM. The bed time has to be turned off to restore internet. PLS HELP!!

I purchased it from Bestbuy 3 days back. More tests indicate, the bed time works on 1 iphone added in bed time. When 13 devices added into one profile, the profile couldn't shut off internet in "bed time", I'll have to shut off internet by clicking "internet access" icon. When bed time ends at 7:00AM, no divice can access internet, I'll have to manually enable internet by clicking "internet access" icon again. All these sopposed to be automatic, right?? I tested the "bed time" has a big bug. Once turning off the bed time, all devices can access internet immediately.
Before returnning it back to Bestbuy, I need a technical solution. BTW, the interface design is quite entry level, probably designed by a teenager young girl? Take a look of Merlin firmware V380 X7.9.1 for Netgear R8000, that's called professional.

Does this mean the profile didn't shut off the internet once you added 13 devices to the profile, while it shut off the internet as expected when there are fewer than 13 devices in the profile?
Regarding this unintended behavior about the Bedtime settings, could you please confirm whether you have configured the Content/Web Filter in the same Profile? Please create a new profile and don't block any content through the Content/Web Filter. Only set the Bedtime as required, and then observe if the internet works properly after the Bedtime ends.
