Need to but can't do a factory reset.

I'm having trouble with the router. For a couple days i've been trying to get into the router to set it up. All happened Saturday night poof... Not sure but took time it debug, don't expect your router going out.. Best i can tell the
Archer BE800 BE19000 Tri-Band Wi-Fi 7 Router
Seems to appearantly just went out. Trying reset appears to do nothing and any attempt with an enternet cable pluged in i can never see or connect with the router. Trying the management port 192.168.0.1 or "..1.1" neither will get in, even using the browser history can't connect with it and can't do a reset...
Any suggestions?
thanks

@dano2k3 With the router turned on, stick a paperclip/pin into the reset button hole and hold until the power cycles and then release.

Okay i think i got the reset to work but now i absolutely am unable to connect ot the router at all... Trying 192.168.0.1 or .1.1 the router simply refuses to allow anything to connect... Also plugging in the 5Gbps into the port all i see is an exclaimaiton point image, which indicates no internet, but pulling out the netwrok and pluggin into my PC all is find as i'm typing this... But avoided the router... The was all working fine last friday but saturday night all just quick working after a few months...

Well. If you are still unable to log in to the web interface page of the BE800 and the internet connection is still not working, please try searching for the router on your phone using the Tether app. If the Tether app can detect the router successfully, try logging in to the console to see if you can complete the Quick Setup as described in ' How to setup TP-Link Wi-Fi Router on Tether APP'.
BTW, if you're using a cable modem with the BE800, please also follow this article to ensure you can connect to the internet properly.
Still cannot make it work properly? We recommend contacting our technical support for additional guidance.
