Deco X55 Firmware Upgrade Stuck on Dowmloading at 50%

I purchased the Deco X55 (1.2) three-pack a while ago and it has worked fine. I just purchased another X55 (1.30) to extend my range. While browsing to the main Deco, it alerts me that a firmware upgrade is available. The three-pack is currently at 1.2.0 Build 20231229 (upgrade suggested to 1.4.6 Build 20250211). The new unit is at 1.2.3 Build 20231027 (upgrade suggested to 1.2.10 Build 20241105).
When I select upgrade, a screen opens and says it's downloading, but it remains stuck at 50% as shown in the pic. This time it's been sitting there for 20 minutes.
When I access the main Deco with the app on my iPad or iPhone, I am notified that "New firmware is available" but it doesn't provide any detail as to hardware or version. When I select "Upgrade Now", it does the same thing as in the browser - it gets stuck at downloading 50% but the app quits after a while. If I check for new firmware files on the TP-Link website (US), hardware and firmware versions are not even close to the versions shown in the attached pic. This is very frustrating. Can you help?

@DenPik Can you check the HW version numbers on the bottom of the units themselves, and/or the box(es). Then try to manually upload the firmwares towards the top...
When I log into the Web GUI I see 1.0 but the actual version is 1.6...

I can't for the life of me find the firmware for the x55 1.3 - Can you please confirm it's an X55 and not another model? Look at the bottom of the unit and snap a screenshot and msg it to me

@DenPik My thought is you remove/uninstall the 1.30 version from your mesh, try to update the 3, which seem to have not been updated in a long time, if ever, use the replace main DECO function (in the app) and swap in the new one to the one connected to the modem/ONT, put that old one in the "Main Bedroom". Then try to update again.

The question now is where is the firmware it's not on https://www.tp-link.com/us/support/download/deco-x55/ unless I'm reading it wrong. I sent Carl a msg he works for Tp link he should be able to track it down for you
