Turn off eavesdropping
I have the microphone turned off when recording video however if I pull up the camera to watch a live view I can hear the people near the camera. How the heck do I turn this off? I don't think anyone would like to be eavesdropped on.

Hi,
Usually, if you want to turn off the audio in the video recordings, on the Kasa app > camera's Device Settings page, you can disable the Record Audio option.
On the Kasa app > camera's Live View page, if you do not want to hear any sound from the camera side, please tap the sound icon to adjust or turn off the sound volume.
