Does Deco BE85 support Internet Backup?
I am not able to find the Internet Backup option under Advanced settings - in the latest firmware and app. Is my assumption correct that BE85 does not support Internet Backup (i.e. switching to a backup internet 'hot stop' or wired connection in case the main connections drops)? Is that planned for the future (as it's present in older and lower-end Deco units)?

You are currently running firmware version 1.2.0 using that info we can use the following chart to figure out which platform version your deco's are currently on.
Your units are currently on platform version 1.7.0 & 1.8.0
Internet Backup isn't support till firmware version 1.6.x or platform version 1.12.0 as show below
So it will be supported for your model at some point I just can't give you an idea on when that will be.
