Hi there.

I seem to have an issue with my router. Everything was fine earlier today, and never touched anything about my setup. Evening comes around and I have no wifi. I check my LAN connected PC and don't have Internet either. Thought it was my isp but I called them and there was no issues from their side. Connected my PC directly to the modem and I had Internet.

So that left the router. I fiddled around with no luck until eventually I factory reset it, and now I can't even get through the setup phase because it doesn't recognize that it is connected to the internet. I've tried switching cables, power cycling, etc. it just boots up and has the white LED exclamation mark with no connection.

Any ideas?

Hello @ZenithPrime

Who is your ISP?

Since you have done multiple troubleshooting steps but still have no internet on the BE9300, I would suggest following the procedures mentioned in the thread below to restart both the ISP-provided modem and the BE9300, or do the MAC clone on the BE9300, and then check again if the internet will be back:

My new router is not obtaining an IP address from my cable modem
