I'm trying to figure out why playback of recordings from my SD cards is limited? This seems extremely unusual and I'd like to know how to change this. Playback of my video footage from my SD cards shouldn't be limited at all.

If you watch the camera's video recordings from the SD card in the Tapo app, only one client device can watch them simultaneously.
If you are referring to other limitations, please provide a detailed description of the encountered phenomenon, and send us a screenshot of the prompt/message that appears in the Tapo app.
