Model: Archer AX11000
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 2.2.1

I bought a router second hand, and I cannot connect my TP-Link account to it as it says its registered to the previous owner.  I have reached out to chat support and no one is helping.  Is there anyone that can help me please!  I have factory reset this router 3 times and its never unbinds.

Factory reset alone won’t unbind it from the previous TP-Link account. You’ll need to contact TP-Link support and ask them to manually remove the device from the old account. Share your router serial number and proof of purchase — that’s the only way to rebind it to your own account.
