Greetings,  I've been having issues with my SHARP AQUAS 67" and a VIZIO 37" Flat panel buffering, intermittently, usually prevalent during peak viewing hours, weekdays 5-10, Weekends on and off all day.  While PC, no disruption noted?

Now I've rebooted, ISP provided Modem, I've checked my Deco_D303 (x2), confirmed firmware update (v 1.2.5 B:202240805 el. 752850), rebooted both.

I've contacted ISP, they're sending out a field tch, (all he'll do is check connectivity from their own equipment (they own Modem) to service junction.

my problem here is what to believe?   TV Wi-Fi going on the fritz?  ISP MODEM on the Fritz?  Cause, (final hint), TVs 1. a SHARP (10 yrs old), the other a VIZIO (2 yrs old) appear as only Wi-Fi receivers impacted.  The older SHARP does have a ROCO connected device via HDMI and is powered separately.  (I've rebooted that as well, and check for firmware update, yadayadayada.)

What the heck is going on?

Will see if ISP SVC TCH visit comes up with anything before I make a decision (New Wireless router?)

ideas, thoughts?

Thanks

Check to see if you have firmware updates for the TVs.

Run speed checks both during good and affected times. If speed is very low at the affected times, bypass the routers and connect direct to the modem via ethernet for speed tests.

Try different wifi channels if you have the option. Others in the area may be using the same channels.

Power off all your connected devices and power on one at a time to see the affect. Things like cloud backups can cause issues if you do not have the bandwidth.

let us know what the solution is when you find it.
