I am having a problem with Multicast storms on my network.

I have about 100 IoT devices and I am experiencing a problem with Wiz and Tuya device randomly turning on or changing settings.

I have turned on the IoT Network and moved all my devices to that network.

I have turned OFF Local communication in the Wiz app  (port 33889) to remove that UDP traffic.

However there is still a lot of multicast traffic from other devices which I assume is the source of my problem.

 

In my BE95, How do I stop multicast traffic?

First please access the Deco web UI by entering "tplinkdeco.net" in your browser. Navigate to Advanced > System > System Log, select "ALL" in the log type, and save the file to your local computer. Then follow the steps below making sure to attach the logs to the email.

 I recommend sending an email to forumsupport.usa@tp-link.com with the following information:
