Hello everyone, I have successfully installed the modem however it is transmitting my internet provider IP address. I have not been successful in connecting it to my VPN provider, TotalAV VPN. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
Are you trying to connect to your VPN provider on your client devices (e.g., computer, phone) individually? Or are you attempting to set up a VPN Client configuration on the router itself? If so, please refer to the following guides:
