Hello

 

I purchased a trio pack of the BE63 WiFi 7 router and having issues connecting my Tesla Wall connector.

 

For context here are my WiFi settings:

Here are the 2.4Ghz network settings

The Tesla wall connector only connects with WiFi networks that are WPA-2 Personal.

 

However when I try to connect to our WiFi it says invalid password:

I tried cresting a IoT network in the deco app and also tried creating random guest networks with WPA-2 but they too give the same error. I also tried changing 2.4Ghz settings from auto channel to channel 11 to see if it helped but it didn't so reverted it back to auto.

I've been trying for 2 months now and haven't been able to get this to work and hoping someone from support can assist.

First please access the Deco web UI by entering "tplinkdeco.net" in your browser. Navigate to Advanced > System > System Log, select "ALL" in the log type, and save the file to your local computer. Then follow the steps below making sure to attach the logs to the email.

 

I recommend sending an email to forumsupport.usa@tp-link.com with the following information:
