I have the Scheduler enabled and all of the time fields shut off but WiFi remains on. Same for setting specific times. ???

If the Wi-Fi doesn't turn on or off as per your Wi-Fi Schedule settings, please check the Time Settings on the A7 page and ensure it is correctly synchronized with your Time Zone.
