I have a Deco BE500. It will connect to the internet as long as it connected with the Ethernet. When I unplug the power and the Ethernet. When rebooted with out the Ethernet connection it eventually turns red. Will not connect. BTW it is still in the same position as before when connected with the Ethernet?

Are you disconnecting Ethernet from the main Deco, or from a satellite Deco node?
How many Deco nodes are in your network? Depending on how many nodes you have, different backhaul configuration options may be available.
If you can also provide the hardware and firmware version(s) of your Deco(s), this would also give us helpful insights for possible recommendations.
