Welcome to the community!
Are you connecting the Deco X50-Outdoor via Wi-Fi mesh backhaul? If so, how close is the nearest Deco node? If the nearest node is out of range, temporarily moving the outdoor node closer to the nearest node during setup, then relocating it, can help.
If that doesn't do the trick — try resetting the X50-Outdoor to factory defaults and try again.
