When I try to log into the app for my xe5300, it tells me the password is invalid.  I copy it straight from my password manager, so I know it's not incorrect.  

I'll do a password reset using the same password, and then I can login.  Occasionally it will ask me to match a puzzle piece to login, it will say that I have one attempt left out of five, after which i'll be locked out for 10 minutes.  Then it locks me out and I have to reset my password again.  

I've cleared the cache, changed the password, and it keeps repeating the cycle.  I even tried using biometrics...after using my fingerprint it just takes me to the login screen where it asks for my password.  Ill try logging in with may password and it tells me its.
