Firmware Version: 1.4.6II

I have a mesh network of 3 Deco X55 Pro and 2 Deco X55. I need to use GlobalProtect VPN for accessing my work network from home. For the last year this has worked fine. However, starting two weeks ago when I launch GlobalProtect my laptop loses all internet connection and must be rebooted to regain network access. This only happens on my home TP-Link network; GlobalProtect works fine on networks either at home or on business trips.

Has something changed in the TP-Link firmware/software to cause this change? I have to get GlobalProtect VPN working again for my job.

I don't know if it is related, but I now see exclamation marks next to all except the main Deco (which acts as a router) and the error message asks about channel Width for 5 GHz: 160 MHz or 80 MHz?

Thanks for your help!

Do you know the hardware version of your Deco X55? You can find it on the bottom of the deco.

Thanks

Need help with the Deco app, setup, Ethernet backhaul, network switch or rolling back firmware? Router or AP mode? https://community.tp-link.com/us/home/forum/topic/699816?page=1

@idickers I'm not positive about the hardware version, but it does say US/1.26, SSID=Deco_D138

@idickers I do notice that I can sometimes connect with GlobalProtect after restarting my Macbook Pro.
