I added a new Deco unit to my mesh and want to limit only certain devices that can connect to it. 
 

I could not find a way to do it in the app, can this feature be requested?

unfortunately, thats not what im after... 

 

say i had 100 devices, i wanted to select a deco unit and say, only these 5 can connect to it.

Using my setup as an example - I have two XE75 pro units lets say I want the first 95 devices on "cat" I would have to assign those 95 devices to "cat" using the directions in the video and then assign the other 5 devices to the other deco (dog) 

 

As far as I know there's not another way to do this but we can check with a staff member to see

Yeah, i am afraid there is no other way. Because tthat means i will have to spend time assigning all 100 devices, instead of just the only 5 that i want on my specific deco unit. Enhancement request maybe? :)

Would it work for you if there was a "limit number of device that can connect to this deco" option? 

 

Then you could assign the 5 you want to the deco and the other devices would know to never try to connect to that device?

In theory, i presume this would work, but there isnt an option like that, is there?

As far as I know that option isn't there yet but I can see if I can get them to add something like that
