Be sure there is not a save button at the bottom of the screen. Sometimes it can not be seen unless you page up.

If the app  does not work, then sign on to the router from a pc to make the change. 
 

Also it is a good practice to reboot or power cycle the router after making router changes.

There was a save button at the top that I used. I can look at the bottom but there was nothing there I'm pretty sure.

I'll try to computer when I'm home again and report back.
