Advanced Parentl Control subscription

 

Replaced hardare with BE67 units

 

Symptoms:

- Advanced Parental Controls data does not populate in individual profile pages

- Pings and website time is way off, ie reporting 200K+ pings and 200K+ minutes for apple.com within a couple hours of each day

- no longer have indiividual upload/download data per device

 

Reproduction steps:

-launch Deco app on iphone (locally or remote, no difference)

-Parental Control tab

> profiles are listed, showing an appropriate online time and bar graph of time

-tap into one of the profiles

>Expect 'realtime' and reasonably valid data

>numerical time updates as expected

>NO 'TRAFFIC HOURS' BAR GRAPH

>NO 'MOST USED APP' DATA

>TOP VISITED WEBSITES' INCORRECT REPORTS - for instance, the traffic hours reports 80minutes, but the top wivisted sites reports 7800 visits to Apple.com totalling 499minutes.

Discussion:

Replaceing the hardware was a bit rocky.  But the transition happened and all the previous profiel data carrroied forward without having to manuualky rebuild parental profiles.

 

I am subscribed to Advanced Parental Controls.  The graph is not hidden behind an advertisement.  

 

I have tried to create a new profile and see if somehow data carroied forward in the hardware replacement.  The new profile immediately showed the same symptoms of no bar graph and wild visits/time data.

 

I am concerned the app time limits are not functioning as expected at this rate, as I have no visibility against any given app.
