Am I missing something with port link led? Even power? My AX11000 is dark. No led activity.

Check advance settings, system settings, led control.

I should have mentioned LED control is on. No timer settings. Been this way out of the box.

Sounds like you have a bad unit. You can try a factory reset to see if that fixes it but then you need to reenter all your settings. I would expect support would want you to do that and ensure the firmware is up to date before they would consider replacing.
