Changing email address
Need to change the email address on my account, your last thread was 3 years ago. Has ther been a easier way developed to change you email information.

May I know which email address that you want to change/unbind?
If you are referring to the email address tied to a TP-Link ID, please note that it still cannot be changed, as each TP-Link ID is permanently linked to a single email address. This hasn't changed.
Since your old account is closed, here's what you'll need to do:
1. Register a new TP-Link ID using your new/preferred email address. You can follow this guide: TP-Link ID Explained: What It Is and How to Create One
2. Rebind your router to the new TP-Link ID. Since the old account is closed, the easiest approach is:
• Connect the router to the internet.
• Reset the router to factory defaults by holding the reset button until the power LED starts flashing.
• Set up the router again and bind it to your new TP-Link ID.
Please note that if you have an active HomeShield subscription on the old account, it cannot be transferred to the new TP-Link ID — you would need to subscribe again under the new account.
