Hey! A client just asked me if I had any recommendations for fitting out the WiFi in their new office. Guess what brand I WON'T be recommending! Lemme give you a hint - starts with T, ends with P and has "-Link" tacked onto it. Good job - you lost two customers. If I am able to cost you more, I will gladly do so.

And which users of TP-Link gear are you trying to impress with this statement? See, this is a user forum and if nobody does respond to your description of non-deterministic behavior of your installation, then almost certainly it is not caused by the product itself, but rather by your setup. I guess it's caused by the Windows platform as usual if it comes to intermittent, non-deterministic behavior. Microsoft is a true specialist with decades of experience in this area.

I have a laptop set up right next to the tower and it access the WiFi fine - that's what I am using now. The software crashes, doesn't recognize that the adapter is in fact plugged in, and keeps dropping the signal.
How can I either fix this or else get my money back?

@NJCurmudgeon  I have same problem with t9uh v1,  it keeps dropping connection every 2-3 hours on 5gz network, my other devices are not dropping on 5gz but only this usb wifi device dropping connection and getting in to a cycle of connecting-re-connecting but never connects until I restart the windows 10 64 bit pc, or un-plug and plug again usb.

on one blog here I have downloaded this Archer T9UH_170623_Wins.zip  driver but when I install this driver wife adaptor does not function, I have tried clean update, or update over current driver etc.. nothing worked.  Overall TP-Link Archer T9UH does not work as advertised and search the internet you will find tousands of people complaing about same problem.
