Archer T1U outrageously slow in Windows 10

My Archer T1U adapter is performing outrageously poorly in Windows 10 Build 15063.138.
Even with full bars connected to my ASUS OnHub, my TP-Link Archer T1U adapter maxes out at just around 3Mbps down. My internet on other devices generally hits at least ten times that.
There must be a problem with the driver.
