After a brief loss of internet from the ISP my Archer C5400 rebooted and then kept repeating it with no end in sight! I gave it 20 minutes

I had the same issue... worst part was that it happened 1 month out of warranty :/ After nearly giving up, I tried a different power supply. Oddly enough, that fixed it for me. I wouldn’t have guessed that a new(ish) power supply would have failed on me, but there’s a first for everything.

Another poster just reported on another post that a USB drive caused his issue. That can happen if it draws too much power.
