TD-W8980 does not display volume nf of external drive

I have an external Seagate 4TB expansion drive connected to USB1. I see the drive on the USB tab when bringing up the router page, but no volume, file system, etc...... information.
I am not sure where to go from here and was hoping someone can point me in the right direction. What shows is:
