Model: Archer C1200
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.1.8 Build 20170306 Rel. 33259

I have Verizon Fios. With a wired connection to the router, I get the expected download speed but the upload speed is about 1/4th the speed I should be getting. I've aIready connected directly to the ONT and got the corect speed. With the router, I already tried a factory reset and updating the firmware.  A weird thing that sometimes happens the wireless will stop working and my computer on the wired connection will switch from "network 2" to "network 3" and get the correct speeds.  Thank you for anyone that can help.

It wouldn't let me post unless I entered a model and C2600 wasn't listed.

@Fuzz

Seems that the wired connection on the router provides the correct upload speed, just with the Wi-Fi connection.

Have you tested other wireless devices such as yoru smart phone? What speeds do you get on that?

When connecting to the Wi-Fi, do you see the same issue on the 2.4GHz and the 5GHz network?

Hi Tony, My wired upload speed connecting to the router is 1/4th the speed as when connected directly to the ONT. I have not tested the wireless speeds yet, since I'm having trouble with the wired connection.

@Fuzz

Thank you for the correction, my apologies.

Have you tried different LAN ports on the router with the same results?

Go to Advanced > System Tools > System Parameters. If you have NAT Boost available, disable that.

Do you happen to know the IP address of your computer when it is on network 2, and also when it is on network 3?

I get the same speeds with all 4 LAN ports and I don't have NAT boost available. I can't recreate the switch to "network 3" but I will check the IP when it happens.

I am experiencing the exact same thing.  I bought the C2600 to replace an old trendnet router and my upload speed went to exactly 1/4 of what i should get. I've done all the things recommened here as well.

This must be a firmware issue.  Please fix

@RagingAtheist

Sorry to hear, this was a frustrating problem. I ended up buying a new router, since I never found anything that would work.

Hope you have better luck than me.
