Archer c2600 slow wired speeds

Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.0.1 0.9.1 v1000.0 Build 181113 Rel.63116n(5553)
Hello first post, any help is appriciated.
Brand new AC2600
Modem wired directly into Internet port on router.
Wired ethernet from router to computer
Using speed test: https://www.spectrum.com/internet/speed-test.html
I get 128Mbps
If I wire directly to computer, I get 220Mbps
It could be flaky internet it is new.
This router should be able to handle 220Mbps wired right?
Any ideas?
