Anyone have success connecting the Amazon Tap device to Deco M9?  It requires 2.4 network - old router had two different network segments and it worked fine when selecting 2.4.  With M9, no option to choose and it gives 'unable to connect error'.

Deco uses what we call ART (adaptive routing technology).  This means a single network name and password is created but is used by both 2.4 and 5 GHz.  If you are having issues with a device connecting, though other devices do connect we would suggest speaking with that devices manufacture to see if they have any compatiblity issues with Mesh networks.  

 

If they do not we would need to know more details of what is happening and any errors you are receiving.
