Hardware Version: V1

Firmware Version: 1.1.0 Build 20190616 Rel. 75592

I have firmware 1.1.0 Build 20190616 Rel. 75592 and there is an update but when I try to update to the new firmware 1.1.1 Build 20191024 Rel. 48180 it keeps telling me that it cant connect to the cloud server. I went to the support site but there not listing the new firmware.

Hi thank you for the update. I have corected this and the firmware is now available. You may do a manual update at your leisure https://static.tp-link.com/2020/202001/20200110/RE220(US)_V1_191024.zip
