I would select a mesh router. Either a Deco https://www.tp-link.com/us/home-networking/deco/ or one of the routers that can run Onemesh. https://www.tp-link.com/us/onemesh/ and add as needed.

I would agree with @ArcherC8 , using a mesh would be easier as far a configuring, and you just need your smart phone to manage it. 

 

One thing though is if you are looking to configure bandwidth control or limit the speeds the customers use, you may want to look at using business class units like the EAP225. The router in that case would not matter much.
