I just installed a new A9 and 16-port gigabit switch ( TL-SG116)

I'm have a Lag time of 5-15 seconds on every website I go to both with Wired ( 3 foot cable) and Wireless. I tried connecting directly to the router and removing the switch ( so only 1 connection on the router) and I still have the same issue. I put my Old Netgear WNDR3400 back on and its quick- Speed test is averaging about 95 with this one, so I assume thats ok

Any suggestions?

edit- I should add that I often get messages "Site cant be reached, took to long, time out "
