Connect to the wireless network of the Archer A7. When you have the "Mount File Share" window for the "Network File Share for Chrome OS" open where it asks for all the information put:

Share Path:

smb:\\TP-Share (back slash not forward slash "/")

Username:

admin

Password:

admin

The username and password I just put the default, user whatever is your current admin login into the router. What you can also do is test with a Windows computer to see or make sure the USB drive is working.

It may not like the backslashes like on Windows, what if you try the forward slashes?

I am not able to find "Network File Share for Chrome OS" anywhere. it is a 404 error.

I have tried "Add file share" but it just gives "Error mounting share"

Another similar extension is "File System for Windows".

For the share path, use the IP of the router so:

smb:\\192.168.0.1
