Archer A7v5 Ethernet connection, extreme throttling
Hi,
Just recently purchashed a new Arris SB8200 and Archer A7 to replace Comcast's all in one unit. We also upgraded from the standard 100/5 to 600/15. When plugged directly into modem it works fine and I avg 500-600/10-15 Mbps. However when I have it running through the A7, it drops to anywhere between 10-20 Mbps with almost no upload. Wireless works great through out home. I have my PC running Windows 10 with a Gigabit ethernet connection. Had an old cable which I started with, tried my brothers cable and then went out and bought new cable. All with the same effect. I attempted the different steps of enabling/disabling QoS, turning NAT boost on and off and changing from Auto to 1000 Mbps and 100 Mbps with no luck. Tried resetting the network adapter on my PC as well. I have an LG smart tv and a PS4 also HW but the PS4 is turned off and even with the TV off nothing changes.
Any recommendations?
