My TP-Link AC2300 Wireless Router's WAN port seems to have stopped working.

I have tested all possibilities. Initially, I thought it was the ISP's modem that was not working but I did all the following troubleshooting steps:

Checked that TP-Link internet indicator is not lighting up
Unplugged and replugged all devices (modem and router)
Disconnected and reconnected all cables (modem and router)
Changed LAN cables with new ones
Reset both devices
Connected my laptop directly to the ISP modem via LAN - the internet worked so this means the LAN cable is working and modem is working but not going into the router

I tried contacting Tech Support via email and phone but no reply on both.

Please let me know how I can resolve this issue.

I would check the router and LAN cable for a bent pin. Also try a different LAN cable although it worked to the PC it may fail if bent differently. Power down the modem, the router, and the PC, wait 5 minutes, then power up the modem, wait for it to stabilize, then power up the router and wait for it to stabilize, then power up the PC, and test. If that fails. do a factory reset on the router and reenter your settings.

@ArcherC8 Thanks for the reply. I have replaced the LAN cable with a new one and have also pressed the Reset button to go back to factory setting. Unfortunately, still the same issue. The internet symbol doesn't light up and no signal is coming through.

Reach out to support as it sounds like to me it may be bricked or broken.
